Where the fiber comes from
Some of our newest collection uses fabric blended from recycled cotton and fiber reclaimed from food crop waste — leftover plant material from harvests that would otherwise be discarded, processed into a usable textile fiber.
It’s not a marketing label on its own — it reduces the amount of new cotton that needs to be grown, which is one of the more water-intensive crops in the fashion supply chain.
- Recycled cotton reduces water use compared to growing new cotton
- Reclaimed crop fiber uses material that would otherwise go to waste
- Blended fabrics can still be as durable as conventional ones when made well
What this means for how the pieces feel
These blends behave a little differently than 100% cotton — slightly more texture, a bit more structure — but they wash and wear the same way, so care instructions don’t change.
“Sustainable doesn’t have to mean a compromise on how something feels or lasts. It just means being honest about where the fiber came from.”

We’ll keep expanding this line as more of these fabric blends become available — check the product description on individual pieces to see which ones include reclaimed fiber.
