We ship every order from our US warehouse and aim to get it packed and out the door within one business day. Orders over $100 always ship free — no code needed, it’s applied automatically at checkout.
Delivery estimates below are counted in business days from when your order ships, not from when it’s placed, and don’t include weekends or holidays. Need it sooner? Choose Express or 1-2 day shipping at checkout for an extra fee.
Shipping from USA
All domestic orders are shipped via tracked courier, and you’ll get a tracking link by email as soon as your package leaves the warehouse.

International Shipping
We currently ship to most countries outside the US. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes set by your country, which are collected at delivery and aren’t included in your order total.
About International Shipping
Delivery time for international orders typically runs 7-14 business days depending on destination and customs processing, which is outside of our control once a package leaves the US.

International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order weight, so you’ll always see the exact cost before you pay. Rates are shown in your local currency where available.
How to Order
Placing an international order works the same as a domestic one:
- Add items to your cart and enter your shipping address at checkout;
- Review the calculated shipping cost and estimated delivery window;
- Complete payment — any import duties are collected separately on delivery.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t right, you can return or exchange most items within 30 days of delivery, as long as they’re unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags attached.
How to Return an Item
- Go to My Account and open the order you’d like to return.
- Select the item(s) you’re returning and choose a reason for the return.
- We’ll email you a prepaid return shipping label to print and attach to the package.
- Drop the package off at any courier location — once we receive and inspect it, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- You’ll get an email confirmation at each step, from pickup through refund.
How to Exchange an Item
- Follow the same steps as a return, but choose “Exchange” instead of “Refund” and select your new size or color.
- We ship the replacement item as soon as we receive your returned item at the warehouse — no need to pay for the new item again.
- If the replacement isn’t in stock, we’ll refund you in full instead and let you know by email.
